I understand that my attendance at Direct Sales Success Training Sessions is governed by the following terms and conditions
and by registering to attend I agree to abide by them.
1. Sale of Tickets - I
acknowledge that once tickets are purchased there is no refund or
transfer available.
2. Attendance - I
acknowledge that my participation in this event is completely
voluntarily. By choosing to attend I accept complete
responsibility for my personal well being and confirm that I am in good
health and of sound mind.
3. Video & Audio
Recordings
- As a participant in this event I acknowledge that I
am prohibited to bring any recording devices into the event
including laptops, video recorders or mp3 recorders without written
consent from the event organiser. I also acknowledge that this
training session may be recorded either in audio or visual format and
give
complete consent to the event organisers to use such recordings for
commercial, educational or marketing purposes in the future. I
agree that I have no right or ownership to any footage taken during the
event.
4. Event Changes - I
acknowledge that Essentially for Women reserves the right to make any
necessary changes to event dates, times, locations, advertised
activities, speakers or content of the event and any other relevant
information pertaining to the event.
5. Results - I
acknowledge that Essentially for Women, its staff and speakers make no
guarantees expressed or implied as to the results I will achieve by my
attendance and participation at Direct Sales Success Training Sessions.
6. Advice -
I
acknowledge that this event is purely educational in nature and
therefore should not be taken as specific advice for
my individual business. I accept full responsibility for any
results I produce as a result of implementing anything I learn at this
training session.. I also acknowledge that the opinions of any
speakers at
the training session do not necessarily reflect the opinions of
Essentially for
Women or its staff..
