 It was lovely to meet with you tonight. I enjoy
attending training which enhances my business and you provided that opportunity
in detail tonight.
I have been in the business for over 4 years but you
never stop learning and developing. Although my diary is full and bookings are
not a problem at this stage (tonight's topic), I did learn some vital tips on
effective customer services post event and a more streamlined approach with
follow up. It is good to learn from your own mistakes but it is better to hear
feedback from someone who has experience so you don't waste your time. Comments
from others in the room and your feedback on them were also a bonus. It was also
interesting to listen to your approach and delivery and see how I could use this
